THE AK
to KANDINSKY
the yellow triangle
Canvas, oil, 70x70cm
The author's comment: This is the answer to the Kandinsky's question (in Bauhaus, Germany, 1926): How is it necessary to paint a triangle, a square and a circle? He assumed intuitively, that the triangle should be yellow, a square - red, a circle - blue. But the decision was not. I have answered to it now, 80 years later. How? Here are three triangles with sides: 15,2; 30,5; 61 cm. This is yellow color of 18-th, of 19-th and 20-th octave concerning of spectrum octave.
